How do I return an item?

Most items are available for an exchange, but food items, clearance, and customized (engraved, etc.) items are not available for exchange. Items must not be damaged, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Returns must be submitted to customer service within 30 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipments. We recommend returns be shipped via trackable service.
